P Recruitment and selection of nurses and reception staff

In order to deliver these services we enter into a management contract based on the following model, tailored to individual practice requirements:

P TasPrac contracts to provide management services to each doctor in a practice and charges them a percentage of their fee-for-service income

P TasPrac retains all funds received through the Practice Incentive Program

P All other income, i.e. SIP and GPII, is returned to the GP who rendered the service

P TasPrac is responsible for repairs and maintenance of equipment

P All nursing, and reception staff are employed by TasPrac

P TasPrac lease the premises, and provide supplies and equipment
